When we say we're "award winning", we mean it, and we have the shiny treasure to prove it. As part of our efforts to promote the Annual Isle of Eight Flags Shrimp Festival in Fernandina Beach each year, we travel throughout the region participating in many of the area's holiday and festival parades sailing aboard one or both of our pirate ship floats. For those efforts, we have been honored on many occasions with trophies and plaques for our efforts.

- Proclamation from the City of Fernandina Beach, December 2008-(Mayor Bruce Malcolm), designating the Fernandina Pirates Club as the "City of Fernandina Beach's Goodwill Ambassadors to the World" for the Club's community service and charity work.
